1990 white wine
These wines are generally endowed with a lovely deep yellox colour.
They are highly well-balanced, rrich, and long on the palate, revealing
perfumes of hazelnut, orange rind and beeswax. The finish is soft
and rich in alcohol. They can still be kept or drunk now. they accompany
foie gras or roquefort cheese perfectly.

Straw yellow in colour, the 1991 vintage has a nose of honey

show a touch of oxidation, making them similar to the great "church

a ligth mineral impression wich makes them ideal partners for the
stronger goat's cheeses.

The 1996 vintage is relatively closed and we advise waiting two
years before drinking.

This vintage is beginning to close and should be kept 2 or 3
